Financial Institutions Coverage – Cross‑Sell & Business Development Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Institutions Coverage professional to lead cross‑sell and business development initiatives across our Turkey and Egypt client portfolio. The role focuses on expanding wallet share by promoting lending, transaction banking, cash management, and global markets solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute coverage strategies for FI clients in Turkey and Egypt.
• Identify and drive cross‑selling opportunities across lending, GTB, cash management, and global markets.
• Collaborate with product, operations, risk and credit teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Support transformation projects to improve client onboarding, servicing and operational efficiency.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability and track cross‑sell pipelines.
• Analyse market trends and contribute to new client acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Financial Institutions coverage, corporate banking or related areas.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth through cross‑selling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple internal teams.
• Deep knowledge of banking products such as corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury and FX.
