About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for experienced Fire & Gas Supervisors / Team Leaders in Doha to lead maintenance teams, supervise Fire & Gas system activities and coordinate site operations in Oil & Gas plants. The aim is safe and efficient maintenance execution.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise technicians performing Fire & Gas maintenance activities
- Review Cause & Effect drawings and ensure proper system operation
- Plan daily work schedules, manpower allocation and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with operations, safety and maintenance teams on site
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, PTW procedures and plant standards
- Prepare reports, maintenance updates and job completion records
- Troubleshoot major system issues and support the team during breakdowns
Required profile
- Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or ITI Certificate in Instrumentation
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas plants
- At least 3 years in Fire & Gas systems and a supervisory role
- Experience coordinating all site maintenance activities for F&G systems
- Good communication and leadership skills
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Cause & Effect drawings and system logic
- Computer literacy, including preparation of reports and documentation
