Fitness Centre Attendant

About the role

As a Fitness Centre Attendant at Rosewood Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests using the hotel’s wellness facilities. You will ensure a welcoming, safe, and impeccably maintained environment that reflects the brand’s ultra‑luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond promptly to guests’ needs, greeting them with a personal touch.
• Maintain positive guest relations, resolve complaints, and report any issues to the Director of Wellness.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the wellness/fitness area.
• Inspect the facility regularly to ensure it is fully stocked, clean, tidy, and equipment is in proper working order.
• Check‑in guests, provide orientation to the fitness space, and monitor usage throughout the day.
• Restock supplies and coordinate with housekeeping to keep the area pristine.
