Floor Manager – Beach Club (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

The Floor Manager for the Beach Club in Doha will lead daily operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high service standards across all guest areas. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate staff schedules, supervise front-of-house teams and support service delivery during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day beach club operations and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Create and manage staff rotas, supervise front-of-house personnel and ensure optimal coverage during busy hours.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with the setup of events, special services and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and enforce brand policies.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching and performance feedback to team members.

Required profile

• Strong customer-focused attitude with proven experience in hospitality, beach club, resort or restaurant environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting while maintaining composure.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and peak season periods.
