Fluid & Cement Supervisor – Doha, Qatar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fluid & Cement Supervisor to lead drilling and completion fluid and cementing operations on offshore rigs in Doha, Qatar. The role combines technical oversight with on‑site safety leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and optimise drilling mud and cementing programmes for offshore drilling, completion and work‑over activities.
• Monitor fluid properties, cement mixes and job execution to meet engineering specifications.
• Coordinate with drilling engineers, rig crews and HSE teams to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Manage on‑site documentation, reporting and budget control for fluid and cement operations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to rig personnel on fluid and cement handling.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in drilling fluids, cementing or well completion operations.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in multicultural, cross‑functional environments.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
