About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. As a hospitality ambassador, you will deliver prompt, courteous service and help create memorable dining experiences for a diverse clientele, including Arabic‑speaking guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverage selections, and hotel facilities.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and efficient outlet operations.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all work areas.
- Respect guest privacy and handle personal information confidentially.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, and ensure a polished dining environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency
