Food & Beverage Attendant – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant who is fluent in Arabic to join our team at Banana Island Resort Doha. As the first point of contact for guests in our restaurants and bars, you will deliver courteous and prompt service, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverage selections, and special promotions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all service areas.
• Respect guest privacy and handle personal information confidentially.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant service.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
