About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant is the front‑line hospitality ambassador at Banana Island Resort Doha, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests across all food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of restaurants, bars and room service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services and hotel facilities.
- Provide attentive, high‑quality service that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all work areas.
- Respect and protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
