About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, you will be the front‑line ambassador delivering prompt, courteous service to guests in our hotel dining outlets. Your role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction through high‑quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, courteous service to all guests in food and beverage outlets.
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel services.
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in all work areas.
- Respect guest privacy and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
