About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant is the front‑line hospitality ambassador at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara. You will deliver prompt, courteous service and help create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all F&B departments to ensure smooth, timely operations.
- Provide attentive service, taking orders and serving food and beverages with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel facilities.
- Uphold hygiene, safety standards, and guest privacy at all times.
- Contribute to a clean and welcoming work environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team‑player attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
