About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests in the hotel’s restaurants and bars, acting as a hospitality ambassador and delivering prompt, courteous service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests in the food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel services.
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the work area.
- Respect guest privacy and handle personal information confidentially.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with good communication abilities.
