Food & Beverage Attendant – Premium Lounge

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will deliver 5‑star service to premium lounge guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Qatar Airways standards and local customs. You will work closely with culinary, front‑of‑house and support teams to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and apply Premium Hub Lounge standards, food and beverage offerings, and assist premium customers promptly.
• Deliver exceptional products and services while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Create moments of magic to surprise and delight guests.
• Complete mise en place for each shift and ensure seamless service throughout.
• Pick up and manage stock levels for linen, beverages, dry goods and maintain par levels.
• Participate in daily briefings and follow all rules, regulations and procedures.
• Perform shift duties according to standard operating procedures across all F&B areas.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers.
• Collaborate respectfully with airline staff and uphold a clean, hygienic environment.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in 4‑5 star hotel or airline lounge, or high‑end fine‑dining environment.
• Passion for food & beverage service and strong attention to detail.
