Food & Beverage Hostess

About the role

Join Pullman's hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Hostess, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional atmosphere for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain service flow.
• Answer guest inquiries about menus, specials, and restaurant services.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
• Assist with table operations such as serving and clearing when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer‑service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive, vibrant attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
• Basic computer skills.
