Food & Beverage Supervisor - Italian Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Italian restaurant in Doha. You will ensure smooth service flow, uphold consistent standards, and deliver genuine Italian dining experiences to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, managing service flow and maintaining quality standards.
• Lead the floor during service, providing hands‑on support and warm hospitality.
• Guide and motivate the service team to deliver authentic Italian dining experiences.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests efficiently.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily checklists to support seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
• Act as the main liaison between service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth communication.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.

Required profile

• Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing busy service periods.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
• Italian language proficiency is a plus.
