Food & Beverage Waiter

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Waiter to join our team at The Plaza Doha. In this role you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service and a warm, welcoming attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and anticipate their needs throughout the meal.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
