Freelance AI Trainer – Claude & Claude Cowork Executive Training

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI productivity coach to deliver a hands‑on, 4–6 session training program for senior executives on Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Cowork. The engagement is short‑term, on‑site in Doha, and aims to embed Claude into daily executive workflows within 2–3 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver 4–6 training sessions (1–1.5 hours each) covering Claude fundamentals, Claude Cowork core features, projects, skills, connectors, and advanced workflow automation.
• Guide executives through real‑world use cases such as board‑pack synthesis, contract review, investor update drafting, inbox triage, and report generation.
• Provide live coaching on task steering, safety, permission management, and handling sensitive documents.
• Produce a written cheat‑sheet and a personalized playbook for each executive at the end of the engagement.

Required profile

• Demonstrable hands‑on experience using Claude Cowork and Claude Projects on a daily basis.
• Proven track record training non‑technical senior executives.
• Comfortable handling confidential business documents under NDA.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
