Lead Verification of Competence (VOC) Supervisor

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a Lead Verification of Competence (VOC) Supervisor to oversee the LNG VOC program for lifting operations personnel. The role ensures that all competence assessments, coaching, simulator activities, and reporting are delivered in line with LNG standards, company procedures, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all VOC assessment activities across multiple project locations.
• Manage daily deployment of Coaches and Assessors, scheduling candidates and assessments.
• Interface with LNG focal points and project management teams to align with implementation schedules.
• Ensure assessments use approved criteria, maintain auditable records, and monitor compliance with lifting procedures.
• Oversee coaching, remediation, and reassessment for personnel not yet competent.
• Develop workforce competence dashboards and risk heat maps.
• Schedule and integrate simulator scenarios with lifting risk exposure and competency requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading competence verification programs in the LNG or heavy‑industry sector.
• Strong knowledge of LNG lifting standards and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and governance skills for assessment processes.
