Freelance Sales Manager – AI Gym CRM (Remote, Commission)

About the role

WellVantage is looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Manager to promote its AI‑powered gym and wellness CRM platform. This remote, commission‑based position focuses on acquiring new gym, Pilates studio and fitness business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage gyms, fitness centres, Pilates studios and other wellness businesses.
• Demonstrate how WellVantage’s white‑labelled app improves operations, member engagement and retention.
• Close new subscriptions independently or with support from the internal team.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and earn recurring commissions on each onboarded customer.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to gyms, fitness centres or wellness businesses.
• Existing network in the fitness industry is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with performance‑based earnings.
• Own vehicle (bike/car) preferred for occasional field sales.
