Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar. You will deliver a seamless, high‑touch experience from arrival through departure, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle all guest interactions with professionalism.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, special requests, and in‑house service information.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while seeking opportunities to personalize service.
• Maintain adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies, and work rules.
• Collaborate harmoniously with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth front‑office operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Cross‑cultural sensitivity and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to handle special requests and adapt to dynamic guest needs.
