Front of House Lounge Attendant

About the role

The Front of House Lounge Attendant delivers premium customer service to passengers using Qatar Airways lounges. You will act as the first point of contact, promote lounge facilities, and ensure a seamless, 5‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist lounge guests, answering queries about facilities, frequent‑flyer programmes and flight information.
• Promote lounge services, upsell amenities and encourage completion of customer surveys.
• Maintain visual standards of the lounge, monitor equipment (flight displays, scanners) and ensure cleanliness in partnership with F&B and housekeeping.
• Handle operational paperwork such as upgrade forms, lost‑and‑found, incident reports and inventory tracking.
• Liaise with external partners (airlines, hotels, concierge services) to resolve guest requests.
• Coordinate guest release to gates according to boarding times.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a premium hospitality or service environment.
• Strong product knowledge of lounge services and airline loyalty programmes.
