Front Office Butler Supervisor

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Front Office Butler Supervisor to lead its Butler team, ensuring unforgettable first impressions and seamless guest journeys from pre‑arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Butler operations, allocate assignments based on arrivals, VIPs, occupancy and special occasions.
• Conduct briefings, ensure smooth shift handovers, and monitor performance, grooming and conduct of team members.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering and other departments to deliver personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints, coordinate special occasions and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Uphold Forbes Five Star and LQA standards through inspections, audits and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years luxury hospitality experience, including at least 2 years Butler experience in the Middle East.
• Previous five‑star hotel experience and familiarity with Forbes Five Star/LQA standards.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury Butler service, Middle Eastern guest preferences and multicultural team leadership.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
