Front Office Manager

About the role

Zulal Wellness Resort is seeking a passionate Front Office Manager to lead its front office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a senior member of the resort’s leadership, you will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and support revenue optimization in a luxury wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all front office activities to guarantee seamless guest interactions.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and upholding hospitality standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop front office staff, fostering a collaborative and service‑focused culture.
• Set departmental goals, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline communication and operational effectiveness.
• Manage resources responsibly, promoting cost‑conscious and sustainable practices.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and professional environment in both front and back office areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of progressive front office experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role within a luxury resort or high‑end hotel.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
• Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
