General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead FoldFold’s day‑to‑day operations and drive its rapid growth across Qatar. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will oversee all functional areas—including operations, finance, procurement, marketing, systems and people—ensuring they work as a unified team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the company vision into a clear, executable strategy and ensure its delivery.
• Lead and align the senior management team, fostering strong execution across all departments.
• Identify, evaluate and launch new store locations and commercial channels.
• Represent FoldFold with external partners, landlords and corporate clients.
• Own overall company performance, including P&L, key performance indicators and governance.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in general management within F&B, retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record of running a business with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience opening and scaling new locations.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment.
• Ability to lead a team and act as the public face of the brand.
• Based in Doha, Qatar; fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
