GIS Project Manager – Doha

About the role

We are seeking an experienced GIS Project Manager to lead complex geospatial initiatives in Doha. The successful candidate will oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring high‑quality GIS data and solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor GIS projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Present project status and technical findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee data capture, migration, conversion, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and compliance with GIS standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with clients and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Extensive GIS domain knowledge (spatial data types, analysis, remote sensing, coordinate systems, data quality, enterprise databases).
• Hands‑on experience with ESRI tools – ArcGIS, ArcPro.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for GIS‑related drafting.
