About the role

Join the renowned Ritz‑Carlton Doha team as a Gourmet Coffee Barista, delivering premium coffee experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, and securing the area.
• Take guest orders, enter them into the MICROS system, and process payments using the cash register system.
• Prepare coffee and food items according to brand standards, ensuring appliances are operated correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, coffee carts, tables, and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Handle cash, count tills at shift end, complete cashier reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety, security, and uniform policies while providing courteous guest service.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read small print.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
