Gourmet Coffee Barista (Full‑time)

About the role

Join the renowned Ritz‑Carlton team in Doha as a Gourmet Coffee Barista. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee beverages and exceptional service to our guests in a luxurious hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
• Take guest orders, enter them into the MICROS system, and prepare coffee and food items.
• Operate cash register systems, handle payments, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee cart, tables, dishes, and workstations throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety, security, and uniform standards while providing courteous guest service.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 month experience in a coffee‑service or food‑beverage role.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb for an entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
