About the role
The Graduate Development Programme is a two‑year structured development pathway designed exclusively for Qatari nationals who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree. The programme combines general aviation training with role‑specific development, aiming to equip participants with the skills, competencies and behaviours needed to perform effectively across the QR Group after completion. Applications are accepted continuously throughout the year, with the next recruitment cycle beginning in November 2026. Early applications are encouraged as all submissions received during the open period will be reviewed in the upcoming cycle. The initiative seeks to foster the next generation of professionals by providing comprehensive learning experiences, mentorship, and on‑the‑job exposure within the aviation sector.
Required profile
- Must be Qatari or have a Qatari mother
- Age between 20 and 28 years
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an institution approved by the Supreme Education Council
- CID clearance
- Medical clearance
