Graphic Designer – Hotel Marketing

About the role

This position is responsible for creating visually appealing content that enhances the property's brand image and promotes its services. It involves designing marketing materials, digital content, and other visual assets to support the hotel's marketing and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials that align with the property's branding and goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives, delivering effective design solutions.
• Produce visual content for the property's website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Capture high‑quality images of facilities, events, and amenities, and edit/retouch photos to meet standards.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Prepare design files for print production, ensuring high‑quality output and coordinating with print vendors as needed.
• Maintain and regularly update a library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Sketch or Figma.
• Strong creative ability to develop unique and compelling visual concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Photography and photo‑editing skills are a plus.
• Understanding of hospitality industry strategies is preferred.
