GRC, Privacy & AI Governance Consultant

About the role

Command Post is expanding its cybersecurity and governance practice and seeks a hands‑on consultant to drive GRC, privacy and AI governance initiatives for its customers. You will work directly with clients to translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical controls, configure the Command Post platform, and showcase how governance can become an operational capability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Command Post’s GRC modules, supporting risk registers, controls, assessments, exceptions and remediation.
• Map and align frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST CSF and other regional standards to customer environments.
• Assist customers with privacy assessments, data inventories, consent workflows and compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Guide AI‑related governance, including AI risk assessments, AI inventories, control implementation and evidence management.
• Participate in presales workshops, demos, RFP/RFI responses and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Support onboarding, configuration, issue resolution and user‑acceptance testing for client platforms.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance practices in real‑world settings.
• Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to configure GRC platforms and demonstrate operational governance processes.
