Grooming and Style Manager

About the role

The Grooming and Style Manager will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of grooming and uniform standards for all Qatar Duty Free staff. This role ensures that the appearance of employees consistently reflects the high‑quality image of the Qatar Airways Group.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and manage grooming and style policies, procedures and objectives.
• Define and communicate grooming standards, enabling line managers to perform regular checks.
• Maintain and distribute the grooming guide, ensuring staff have current information.
• Design and deliver grooming training in partnership with the training department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to line managers on grooming and style matters.
• Act as the primary contact for major grooming issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate on the rollout of new uniforms to enhance staff appearance and brand identity.
• Inspect staff uniform and grooming compliance, offering feedback for improvement.
• Collect and analyse feedback from uniformed personnel to refine standards.
• Report grooming compliance statistics to line managers and drive continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• High school qualification, vocational diploma or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience.
• Background in customer service, fashion, grooming or beauty sectors.
• Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Ability to organise work proactively and solve problems independently.
