Group Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across multiple business units of a diversified, family‑owned group. Reporting to senior management and business owners, you will act as a strategic partner to drive performance and support growth initiatives. The role demands high adaptability in a fast‑paced, entrepreneur‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee group‑level financial plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Provide in‑depth financial analysis and performance dashboards to senior leadership and owners.
• Collaborate with business unit heads to improve operational efficiency, profitability and risk management.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and recommendations for investment decisions.
• Support owners during evening hours, offering flexibility to address urgent financial matters.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Prior experience in family‑owned businesses or diversified groups is highly preferred.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset.
