GSAS Specialist – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented GSAS Specialist to join our Doha team. You will manage global supply and acquisition services operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes and supporting our supply chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including requisition processing, vendor selection, and order placement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all supply chain transactions and communications.
• Analyze supply chain metrics, performance data, and cost trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Support vendor management activities, including performance evaluation and relationship development.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and procurement activities.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices across global supply operations.
• Liaise between multiple stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies.
• Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and other procurement software platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of global supply chain operations and procurement best practices.
