About the role
JW Marriott is hiring a Guest Arrival Expert (bellman) in Doha, Qatar, within its Rooms & Guest Services Operations category. The role covers both arrivals and departures, guiding guests through their stay so that first impressions and goodbyes are memorable. The position is full-time and non-management.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
- Process operational needs and address guest requests
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
- Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended time and handle objects up to 50 pounds unassisted and more than 75 pounds with assistance
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- 1 year of related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
