About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (Concierge Agent) creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay. Working on the hotel floor, you will be the primary point of contact for guest needs, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, including processing operational requests, addressing guest inquiries, and providing local area highlights.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and protect assets while presenting a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related hospitality or guest services experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
