About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures a memorable stay by delivering a wide range of services from check‑in to check‑out, guiding guests throughout their visit and handling operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs and operational transactions.
- Address guest requests, provide local area highlights and complete reports.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and moving objects up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
