Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Guest Relations Manager leads the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will ensure that every interaction reflects the brand’s legacy of refined luxury and genuine Qatari hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest relations operations across all property areas.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the guest relations team to deliver personalized service.
• Collaborate with sales, events, and food & beverage teams to support special occasions and high‑profile guests.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest relations or front‑office management within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Expertise in hospitality service standards and guest experience management.
• Proficiency with property management systems and guest service platforms.
