Guest Service Officer - Concierge

About the role

As the Guest Service Officer – Concierge at Park Hyatt Doha, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service and tailored recommendations to ensure each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing concierge services and local recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, transportation, and special requests.
• Utilize property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS) to manage bookings and service records.
• Collaborate with other Front Office and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5‑star hotel (highly preferred).
• Proficiency with property management and guest service systems such as Opera and HotSOS.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
