Guest Services Officer – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Guest Services Officer – Russian Speaker will be the primary point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests at Grand Hyatt Doha. You will ensure each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience, from arrival through departure, while upholding the hotel’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist Russian‑speaking guests throughout their stay, handling check‑in, check‑out and special requests.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in both Russian and English.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, coordinating with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences in the property management system.
• Support the front‑desk team during peak periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with hospitality/property management systems (advantageous).
