About the role
We are seeking a Head Accountant to lead our accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of statements, manage bank reconciliations, and coordinate cyclical audits while collaborating closely with other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Create ad‑hoc financial reports to support various business needs.
- Prepare and file tax documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Compile, analyze, and present financial statements.
- Manage budgeting processes and forecasting activities.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate and support cyclical internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
