About the role

The Head of Commercial Engineering for Agricultural Material will lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies for farm‑related products in Qatar. Reporting to senior management, this role combines deep agricultural knowledge with strong analytical and innovative thinking to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial engineering plans for fertilizers, vegetables and related agricultural inputs.
• Lead and manage farm‑operation teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Analyse market trends and operational data to identify opportunities for cost‑effective solutions.
• Develop innovative approaches to solve both known and emerging challenges in the agricultural sector.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate technical insights into commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading or managing farm operations, preferably in reputable companies.
• Strong analytical ability and a proven track record of innovative problem‑solving.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Candidate must be based in the GCC region.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of farming practices, fertilizer products and vegetable cultivation.
