Head of Sales & Leasing (Mid‑Management)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Leasing to lead daily sales and leasing activities for assigned Qatari Diar projects. The role involves shaping and executing strategies to meet targets while managing a team of consultants and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales and leasing opportunities and implement integrated strategies for assigned projects.
• Engage customers through multiple channels, showcase properties, and conduct site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and real‑estate agencies, providing financial and analytical information.
• Implement a customer acquisition process using a CRM system and manage end‑to‑end sales transactions.
• Monitor market trends, land residual values, and pricing dynamics.
• Support the sales team in planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities.
• Prepare sales/leasing reports and keep the inventory database up‑to‑date.
• Lead a team of property consultants and leasing agents, set targets, monitor pipelines, and assist in closing high‑value deals.
• Ensure all contracts and deposits comply with Qatari real‑estate brokerage law.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real‑estate sales and leasing with leading developers in Qatar or the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari real‑estate laws and market practices.

Required skills
