Head of Transformation

About the role

The Head of Transformation will lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives for a strategic pillar, reporting to the Vice President Transformation. The role partners with business leaders to turn strategic priorities into measurable improvement programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the transformation roadmap for the assigned pillar across all business units.
• Identify, assess and shape high‑value transformation opportunities, establishing sponsorship, governance and resources.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from mobilisation through implementation, tracking financial, operational, customer and people benefits.
• Embed the strategic roadmap into annual planning, budgeting and executive scorecards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience leading large, cross‑functional transformation programmes in complex, asset‑intensive organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable financial, operational or customer outcomes.
• Experience in commercial aviation or similar regulated industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process‑excellence certification.
• Process mining and task mining techniques.
• Digital & AI transformation knowledge.
