About the role

Urth Caffé Qatar is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead the front‑of‑house team at its flagship location on Lusail Boulevard. The role combines service excellence with team coordination to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor waitstaff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Coordinate table assignments, manage guest flow, and handle special requests.
• Maintain close communication with the kitchen to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff and conducting performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory waitstaff role within a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of standard hospitality service procedures.
