Health and Safety Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Administrator to support two leading restaurant concepts in Doha. The role ensures that all food safety, hygiene and occupational health standards are consistently met in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Conduct routine compliance checks of cold storage, dry stores and inventory.
• Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records and operational checklists.
• Document fire safety, PPE, first‑aid provisions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Coordinate with external suppliers such as pest control, waste management and equipment service providers.
• Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for management.
• Support the Head Chef and Operations team to keep kitchens audit‑ready and fully compliant with local regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Facility Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in health & safety, hygiene or quality assurance within hospitality or F&B.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations and related health‑safety legislation.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• HACCP, food‑safety or first‑aid certifications are a plus.
