Heavy Equipment Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team in Qatar. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heavy machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance according to service schedules.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, and cranes.
• Identify and fix faults in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, service reports, and maintenance logs.
• Attend on‑site breakdowns and conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage spare parts and tools, and keep the workshop clean and organized.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Mechanic qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with heavy equipment, preferably in a dealer environment.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
