Helicopter Captain – AW169

About the role

The Helicopter Captain will lead safe and efficient AW169 operations for VIP and VVIP transport missions, ensuring compliance with civil aviation regulations and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all operational procedures, checklists, SOPs and security requirements.
• Maintain safety throughout all flight phases and verify aircraft airworthiness and documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑flight planning, risk assessments, weather evaluations and mission briefings.
• Delegate tasks to crew members and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork and ensure clear communication of safety‑critical information.

Required profile

• Current type rating on the AW169 with at least 1,000 hours on type (preferred).
• Minimum 3,000 total helicopter flight hours, including 500 PIC hours and 100 PIC hours on type.
• Experience in multi‑crew helicopter operations; VIP/VVIP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, operational procedures and safety management.
• Fluent English with effective communication and leadership abilities.
