Helpdesk and CAFM Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Helpdesk and CAFM Coordinator to manage our Computer‑Aided Facility Management system. The role ensures accurate data entry, work‑order tracking and smooth coordination between maintenance teams and clients in a bilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis.
• Log, assign and monitor work orders and service requests.
• Enter and update asset data, preventive‑maintenance schedules and maintenance records.
• Generate reports on maintenance activities and system performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, teams and client contacts.
• Monitor SLA compliance and update job status accordingly.
• Maintain proper documentation and system records.
• Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with a good command of English.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proven experience with CAFM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
