Hook-Up Manager – Offshore EPC Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hook-Up Manager to lead offshore hook‑up activities on a major EPC oil & gas development in the Middle East. This senior leadership position will involve overseeing execution planning, commissioning interfaces, and stakeholder coordination on a long‑term, large‑scale project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all offshore hook‑up activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute detailed hook‑up execution plans in alignment with EPC schedules.
• Coordinate commissioning interfaces and ensure seamless hand‑over to operations.
• Provide senior supervisory leadership to on‑site teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive EPC construction experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record managing offshore hook‑up scopes on major projects.
• Previous experience in a Hook‑Up Manager or senior supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of offshore construction, commissioning interfaces and execution planning.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
