Hostess – Guest Reception at Luxury Diner

About the role

We are seeking a warm, confident Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our Electric Diner in The Ned Doha. You will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a smooth start to each dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the menu and restaurant concept.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to maintain seamless service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly.
• Maintain an organized reception area and up‑to‑date reservation system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hostess, receptionist, or guest‑relations role within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
