About the role
The Hotel Assistant Manager will lead the overnight team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, ensuring smooth operations throughout the night shift. This senior‑on‑duty position is pivotal for maintaining the high‑standard guest experience that Four Seasons is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel functions during night hours, including front desk, security, and night audit.
- Act as the senior leader on duty, making decisions that affect guest safety and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with daytime departments to ensure seamless hand‑over of operations.
- Handle guest requests, incidents, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and motivate night‑shift staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant‑manager capacity.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑focused mindset.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures in a luxury hotel environment.
